Elk River City Council approves hair salon permit

The Elk River City Council has approved a conditional use permit to allow a hair salon to operate out of a home.

Sherilyn Wieber plans to operate the salon, Hair Guru, from her home at 11260 193rd Ave.

The salon services will be by appointment only.
