Football: Spectrum loses Monday game to St. Clair 34-14

The Spectrum Sting football team had a Monday night game like the NFL this week, traveling to St. Clair, where they lost to the Cyclones 34-14.

St. Clair scored on two running plays and an interception return to take a quick 21-0 lead in the first quarter.

The Sting fought back with Jordy Ildvad scoring on a touchdown reception from Tristen Rosby and again on a long run.

But ultimately the Cyclones (4-2) running game was too much and the Sting fell to 2-5 for the season.

The Sting will finish the regular season with a home game on Tuesday, Oct. 16, against the Minnesota State Academy for the Deaf.
