Sherburne County records and how to use them in family history research is the next genealogy program scheduled at the Sherburne History Center in Becker.
The program will run from 10:30 a.m. to noon Saturday, Sept. 22. Presented by Michelle Ashe, Sherburne County recorder and registrar of titles, the program will explore the many records available at the Sherburne County Recorder’s office. In addition to presenting examples of records that are available for researchers, Ashe also hopes to discuss some of the expectations of genealogists that can not be fulfilled with county records.
The program is free. For more information contact the Sherburne History Center at 763-261-4433.
