After Midnight Group has restaurants in Bloomington, St. Cloud and Plymouth, among others
What: Cowboy Jack’s
Where: 9010 Quantrelle Ave. N.E.
Why Otsego? We really like the area and have management who live locally in Otsego and Elk River, so it was the perfect fit.
Why it’s unique to this area? Cowboy Jack’s has a lot to offer and that’s what makes it unique. Our demographics are so broad because we are a place where people go and feel relaxed and comfortable — whether it be breakfast on a Saturday morning, a family dinner, a client lunch, a couple of drinks after a long, hard day of work, a birthday party, to watch the Vikings play, or just to let loose and have a night out.
What this will mean to Waterfront development? Undecided at this point
Does Cowboy Jack’s have a history of being a community partner, and, if so, how? Cowboy Jack’s is being known for being very active in their community. We work with local school and sports programs, local businesses, and do a lot with fundraisers and nonprofits.
For us it’s about developing relationships and growing with the community. We are not only here as a business, but as a supporter of all the other businesses in the area. We are very excited about the Otsego area because from what we have seen so far the area has a very good sense of community. We are excited to be a part of that.
