List the activities you have participated in and tell of your proudest accomplishments:I participate in baseball and basketball. My proudest accomplishments include a 4.0 GPA, winning a state championship for baseball, and being selected for a Minnesota baseball all-star team last year.
What is your favorite class and why? What is your favorite subject?
My favorite class is phy-ed because I love sports. Other than that, my favorite subject is probably history. I also really enjoy clay class.
What are your future plans? Going to a four-year college and after that getting a good job that I enjoy doing.
What are your hobbies and/or personal interests? My favorite things to do are baseball, basketball, listening to music and spending time with friend and family.
Who is your hero, if you have one, and why? My heroes are my parents because they teach me so many things, encourage and challenge me, set good examples and always push me to do my best.
Tell of a most memorable experience that relates to school, personal interests or a hobby: A memorable experience for me was being in the Gopher State Baseball All-Star Series last year. I got to play with and against all the best players in the state.
How do you demonstrate leadership? Through hard work and doing things the right way and setting a good example for others.
How do you approach academics to achieve success? Doing all the work the best that I can, which leads to good grades and prepares me for college.
Why do you think you won this award? For demonstrating leadership, having a good work ethic and grades and participating in sports.
What does it mean to you? This award means that I’m heading in the right direction, and that my hard work and dedication are paying off. It’s an honor to be recognized and receive this award.
