City honors championship tennis team

Elk River Mayor John Dietz invited the state champion Elk River High School boys’ tennis team to be recognized at the June 18 Elk River City Council meeting.

“I think it’s a tremendous accomplishment for them,” Dietz said.

Elk River Mayor John Dietz recognized the boys’ tennis team.

The team was given a Certificate of Recognition and each team member and coach got a city of Elk River pin.
