Track: Spectrum boys 2nd in conference, Diekman wins 3 events

Kal Diekman won three events, leading the Spectrum boys track team to second place in the Minnesota Charter School Conference meet on Tuesday.

Math and Science Academy won the title by a 113 to 77 margin over the Sting among five teams.

Diekman, a junior, won the 300 hurdles, long jump and triple jump. Also placing first for the Sting were sophomore Joel Galvin in shot put and junior Alex Kopp in discus.
