Elk River approves quotes for basketball court

The Elk River City Council has approved three low quotes for the installation of a basketball court at Trott Brook Farms Park.

Trott Brook Farms Park in Elk River will be home to a new lighted basketball court.

They are:

•Court Surfaces and Repair: $41,491 to construct a basketball court.

•Hipsag Electric: $16,650 to install six light fixtures.

•Most Dependable Fountains: $3,200 for a two-level, Americans with Disabilities Act-compliant water fountain.

The Trout Brook Farms Homeowners Association has donated $61,341 to the city to pay for the project.

The park is located at Trott Brook Parkway and 182nd Avenue in Elk River.
