The Rogers Royals had their second rough outing in two days, losing to Cambridge-Isanti 15-3 there Tuesday in their conference finale.
Dylan Morris, first of four Rogers hurlers, took the loss, giving up 10 runs (five earned) on four hits and five walks in 2 1/3 innings. Mark Naumtrog, Erik Bremer and Brayanlee Santiago-Martinez finished as the Bluejackets totaled 10 hits, one homer and seven walks in four innings.
For Rogers, Austin Barbeln was 2-for-3, Ryan Gelle 1-for-3 (RBI) and Kyle Halseth 1-for-2.
The Royals (6-11 overall), which lost to Monticello 12-5 on Monday, finished 4-8 in the Mississippi 8 play.
They will close the regular season at the St. Cloud Apollo tournament Friday and Saturday, opening against Providence Academy Friday at 5:30 p.m.
