Lacrosse: ERZ girls roll over Andover 19-11

Elk River-Rogers-Zimmerman girls lacrosse squad beat the Andover Huskies 19-11 in their home opener Monday evening.

Emily Antony delivered seven goals, Mackenzie Perna six and Kayla Mills five for ERZ. Mills assisted on five goals, and Mills and Perna three each.

Becca Leshovsky had the other goal. Also making assists were Leshovsky, Jordan McLaughlin, Michelle Klimstra and Alleah Baltzer. Tori Herrmann was in goal, stopping 14 of 25 shots.

Andover’s Carly Haskins notched five goals and Katie Ruprecht had two.

ERZ (2-0) will play at Champlin Park on Wednesday evening.
