Football: Thunder’s Antolak signs with Moorhead

Zimmerman football lineman Jake Antolak signed with Minnesota State-Moorhead on Wednesday.

The 6-foot, 250-pound athlete was named Most Valuable Player in the Granite Ridge Conference this fall for his play at offfensive center and defensive tackle.

“At our camp last summer, Jake was holding his own against some pretty big guys,” said Dragon coach Steve Laqua. “He will be a quality player.”

Antolak plans to major in education.

Moorhead, a Division II team, was 2-9 last season.
