Basketball: Sting boys top St. Croix Prep 65-51

Jacob and Jaden Shockley each scored 16 points to lead the Spectrum Sting to a 63-51 victory against the visiting St. Croix Prep Lions on Monday evning.

Christian Benolkin and Andy Fellner each added 10 points and for the Sting (2-12) and Johnny Erickson snagged 16 rebounds.

Cameron Mehls netted 18 points and Nick Richardson 15 for St. Croix Prep (6-9).

The String will host Maple Lake on Monday.
