Gymnastics: Elks missing leaders but defeat Park Center

The Elk River-Rogers-Zimmerman gymnasts were missing their top three performers but stayed unbeaten in duals with a 131.1 to 119.0 win over Park Center there Thursday evening.

Katie Fleck with 33.35, Krista Kovar with 32.825 and Courtney Bursch with 31.375 led the team’s 31st straight dual victory over  four  years, and sixth this year.

Senior co-captains Leah Perrault and Alana Embury, along with freshman Alyssa Walton, the second-leading scorer behind Perrault, were not available due to injury or illness.
