District 728 ExCEL picks announced

District 728 schools announced their ExCEL awards, an MSHSL program recognizing juniors for community service, education and leadership along with extracurricular achievement.

Elk River’s picks are Aaron Schwab (swimming, piano, guitar, hunger projects, church worship band) and Courtney Grunewald (swimming, Spanish club, jewelry, church youth ministry and Bible School leader, hunger projects).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Rogers picks are Kristine Rogers (tennis, golf, DECA, tutoring, church youth leader) and Erik Bremer (baseball, Knowledge Bowl, tutor, ing, church usher).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Zimmerman’s picks are Dylan Sandberg (track, band, photo, work for homeless shelter and donating toys, lawn help at church) and Sylvia Michels (track, theater, choir).
