Hockey: Rogers girls trip Hutch 6-2

Kaitlin Braiedy knocked in three goals as the Rogers Royals beat the Hutchinson Tigers 6-2 on Friday at home.

Braiedy, sophomore defenseman, had an assist along with her hat trick. Emily Antony, Tory Noland and Maddie Lehn notched a goal each and Antony made two assists. Michelle Klimstra was in goal.

The Royals improved to 7-3-1 and Hutchinson dropped to 5-3.

Rogers will duel No. 5 ranked Mound-Westonka there Wednesday.
