Basketball: Thunder boys win at Cloquet 76-60
Jake Wilson led with 20 points as the Zimmerman Thunder won 76-60 over the Cloquet Lumberjacks on Friday evening in Cloquet.
Caleb Lunning added 15 points and Brandon Smith 10 for the Thunder (1-1), who made 19 of 23 free shots.
Adam Laine notched 26 points and 9 rebounds for Cloquet (0-2).
Zimmerman will host Little Falls in its first Granite Ridge Conference game on Tuesday.
