Short-term closures planned Sunday morning on westbound Highway 10 in Ramsey

Crews will replace damaged signal system transformer base
Motorists will encounter delays and a detour Sunday, Dec. 4 on westbound Highway 10 at Ramsey Boulevard in the city of Ramsey.

Westbound Highway 10 will be closed and detoured from 6 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 4 until approximately noon while crews replace a transformer at the base of a damaged signal pole. Southbound Ramsey Boulevard also will be closed at the same time to allow access to the worksite.

During the work, westbound Highway 10 traffic will detour north on Ramsey Boulevard, west on Bunker Lake Road and south on Armstrong Boulevard to reach westbound Highway 10. Southbound Ramsey Boulevard traffic will use Sunwood Drive N.E. or Bunker Lake Boulevard for a detour. Access will be maintained to local businesses during the work.

 

All work is weather permitting.
Motorists should follow the posted detour or use alternate routes to avoid congestion and possible delays during the closure.
