Fox named to Elk River Heritage Preservation Commission
Joshua Fox has been appointed to the Elk River Heritage Preservation Commission by the City Council.
Fox is a historical interpreter at the Oliver Kelley Farm in Elk River.
He has a degree in history from St. Cloud State University and was the co-founder of the History Club at Anoka-Ramsey Community College, where he was the 2003 History Student of the Year.
“I think that the preservation of our history is vital and I would like to be a part of helping to make this happen,” he wrote in his application to the city.
