“One Monster Halloween Concert” was presented by Elk River High School and director John Rosner on Friday, Oct. 28, with many costumed kids and adults, including band members, on hand. The wind symphony played  “The Dark Knight,” “House of Horrors” and “The Addams Family.” North Suburban Concert Band (adults) played “The Wizard of Oz,” “Ghost Train,” “Lord of the Rings” and “The Incredibles.” The Monster Band (both bands together) closed with “Bats, Bats and Spiders,” and the “Witch and The Saint.” Prizes were given to the top three costumes for both children and high school-age.

ERHS band members dressing for the occasion included Jake Esterberg (Dumbledore), Michael Tormoen (Blues Bro.) and Logan Grace (camo hat)

NWCB’s Christine Peterson was a pirate; ERHS’s Lori MacArthur was a witch.
