Cross country: Rogers boys 4th in M-8, have 2 all-conference
The Rogers boys placed fourth among seven teams in the Mississippi 8 cross country meet which they hosted at Fox Hollow Golf Club on Thursday.
The Royals had two all-conference runners in Caleb LeClaire, who placed fourth in 16:28, and Reed Parent, who placed fifth in 16:29
Buffalo nipped Monticello 48-50 fo the team championship. Brendan Sage of St. Michael-Albertville was individual champion with 15:56.
The Rogers girls had two honorable mentions as Maddie Mikolich placed 15th in 16:50 and Jackie Lindfors placed 21st in 17:11.
