Tennis: Elks down Rebels 5-2; are 6-0 in conference

The Elk River tennis team stayed unbeaten in conference with a 5-2 victory over the Champlin Park Rebels on  Thursday, their third home win in three days.

The Elks swept the singles as Michaela Schulz, Camille Kraljic and Jen Koehler each won 6-0, 6-0 and Ali May Kuebelbeck at No. 3 also won straight-sets.

Champlin Park won at one and two doubles, with the Elks’ Kelsey Rausch and Kelly Edwards winning at No. 3.

The Elks are 6-0 in conference and 9-1 overall. Next will be the Eagan Invitational on Saturday.
