Soccer: Thunder girls lose to Monticello, Little Falls
The Zimmerman girls soccer team absorbed two losses this week, both on the road.
Monticello beat the Thunder 6-0 on Monday with Amanda Lawrence and Lealah Abraham scoring two goals each for the Magic, who held the Thunder to three shots.
Little Falls topped the Thunder 5-2 on Tuesday. Emily Timinsky had both Thunder goals, on a penalty kick and on a shot assisted by Kendra Kraebel.
The Thunder are 0-2 in the Granite Ridge Conference and 1-6-1 overall. They host Princeton on Thursday at 5 p.m.
