Volleyball: Elks trip North Branch, stay unbeaten

Elk River is 5-0 after defeating North Branch  17-25, 25-19, 25-21, 25-17 on Tuesday evening at North Branch.

“We stumbled a little in game one but started setting our own pace for the match,” said coach Pam Gothe.

Kara Ziemer had 13 kills and Jayde Krauth 11. The team had 12 ace serves.

The Elks will  play at Blaine on Thursday evening.
