Tennis: Rogers nips Monticello 4-3
The Rogers Royals prevailed in a hard-fought match with the Monticello Magic 4-3 at home on Tuesday in their Mississippi 8 opener. Each team won two three-set matches and the other Rogers wins were close two-setters. The Royals (2-6) will host St. Michael-Albertville on Thursday.
