A new feature at this year’s ArtSoup festival on June 18 in Elk River was a Fiber Arts Fashion Show, featuring current fashions created by local artists, along with timeless wearable art from members’ collections, and handcrafted wearables from around theworld borrowed from the closet of the late Isabelle Stander. Sylvia Dudycha of the Arts Alliance organized the show. Arts Alliance volunteers and local business women modeled. Pictured below are some of the items. MC’s were Denny Chuba and Bob Bowersox.
