Flapjack benefit set for fire victims
A “flapjack” benefit will be held for the Pam Adams family at Applebee’s in Rogers Saturday, June 18 from 8-10 a.m.
Adams was badly burned in a house fire May 21 that also claimed the life of her son, 19-year-old Kyle Adams.
The Hassan woman is recovering at her sister’s house. Her own home was destroyed by the evening blaze.
Tickets are $5 at the door and the proceeds go to the family to help offset Kyle’s funeral costs since he had no insurance.
People can also bid on silent auction items at the restaurant the morning of the benefit.
