Track: Elk boys fifth in section, no state qualifiers

The Elk River boys track team placed fifth among 14 teams in the Section 7AA meet that ended Saturday in Grand Rapids, and had no state qualifiers.

 

Top placers were the 4-by-100 relay that took second, Tim Peterson with third in the high hurdles, Michael Graber with fourth in shot put, and Cory Chouinard with fifth in the 200.
