Baseball: Thunder trips Rockford 4-1 for 6th straight win
Kameron Crandall hurled a three-hitter as the Zimmerman Thunder won their sixth straight game 4-1 over Rockford at home on Tuesday.
Crandall walked just one, hit two batters, and struck out sevenĀ while allowing one unearned run.
Luke Schmidt and Kyle Connelly were each 2-for-2.
The Thunder, now 10-8, will close the regular season at Princeton on Thursday, needing a win to finish .500 in the conference.
