Eighth-grader Emily Antony scored seven goals, the final one being the game-winner in sudden-death overtime, as Elk River-Rogers-Zimmerman nipped Becker 13-12 on Friday evening at home.
Morgan Pierson added two goals, and Kayla Mills, Mackenzie Perna, Becca Leshovsky and Jordon McLaughlin one each.
Kayla Mills provided four assists, and now leads the state with 33 assists. Leshovsky had three assists.
Defensive power came from Marissa Soppeland, Kim Scott and Ashley Joel. Goalie Sam Geissler stopped 20 of 32 shots. Geissler is third in the state with 209 saves.
ERZ (7-5) will close the regular season hosting Centennial on Monday, 6:30 p.m.
