The Rogers girls shot a season-best 411 and placed sixth among eight teams in a Mississippi 8 meet Thursday at Wild Marsh in Buffalo.
Buffalo won with 352 and had the medalist in Lexi Bollant with 72.
For Rogers, freshman Maddie Hol had 90, freshman Rachel Dodd 99, sophomore Kendra Greenwold 106, and junior Stephanie Dodd 116.
“The girls posted their lowest number of the season and they were really excited,” said coach Durand Onell. “Our freshmen led the charge today with our first two scores below 100 this year. Hol said that hitting her driver well put herself into good scoring position during the round.”
