Basketball: Spectrum names Sedlock girls coach
Spectrum High School has hired Lenny Sedlock as girls basketball coach, announced Rick Peterson, activities director.
Sedlock was a three-sport athlete at Minneapolis South and is currently his alma mater’s football coach. A physical education teacher, he was previously girls basketball coach at Legacy Christian and baseball coach at Breck.
Sedlock will start a girls basketball program to coincide with the opening of Spectrum’s new building and gymnasium next year. Erica Powell will return as JV coach.
