Airman Andrew Wagner  finished his basic military training  on Jan. 28 and is now in his technical training for Cyber Systems Operations. He will then spend time working at an Air Force base.
He graduated from Elk River High School in 2009. Wagner’s parents are Ed and Jessica Wagner of Elk River and grandparents are Gary and Judy Wagner of Ramsey.
