A benefit for Mehaela Simcoe is being held from 7 to 9 p.m. on Friday, March 18, at the Church of St. Andrew in Elk River.
Simcoe was diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma stage 2A cancer last October.
The benefit will include music, dancing, refreshments, ice cream, crazy hair and raffles. There will also be bracelets for sale that have “Fearless Michaela” inscribed in them.
The cost to get in will be $3, which includes one ice cream and one raffle ticket.
All the money raised will be donated to Simcoe. The benefit is being sponsored by Hanseon Bros. Fence.
