Texas Boys Choir will perform in Elk River
The Texas Boys Choir will be making a last minute stop in Elk River while on tour and will perform at St. Andrew’s Catholic Church, 566 Fourth St., at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 2.
This is a free concert open to the public.
The Texas Boys Choir was founded in 1946 to provide any boy, regardless of socio-economic or ethnic background, a structured environment for the development of a world-class performing choir of boys.
Since its founding, the choir has performed for popes, presidents of the United States, and for kings and heads of state.
The choir has made multiple appearances on national television and on radio broadcasts, winning numerous awards including two Grammys, and producing more than 40 professional recordings.
