Giving up a shorthanded goal in overtime, the Rogers Royals lost to Little Falls 3-2 at home on Thursday evening.

Little Falls (18-3-2) prevailed as Joey Hanowski scored shorthanded 3:14 into the overtime.

Andrew Smith and Corey Braiedy scored for Rogers (14-7-1). Keaton Mumm made 30 saves.

Little Falls other two goals came on power plays by Michael Holthaus and Spencer Fenske.

Rogers will most Monticello-Annandale-Maple Lake on Saturday, 3 p.m.
