A 55-year-old Princeton woman traveling south on Highway 169 in Elk River during Monday’s snowstorm rolled her vehicle twice before it came to a stop on its roof.
The accident happened shortly before 9 a.m. Jan. 31 in the 22500 block of Highway 169.
The woman told police her vehicle began to slide towards the ditch while she was driving, and when the vehicle hit the west snowbank it began to roll.
Emergency personnel arrived to find the woman out of her vehicle. Elk River Ambulance responded to give her aid.
She had been wearing her seat belt during the crash, but was complaining of neck and back injuries. She was transported to Mercy Hospital in Coon Rapids.
