The Elk River boys lost to first-place Osseo 80-46 on Monday evening in Osseo.

Joey Sonnenfield scored 20 points, Ian Theisen 15, and Terez Vanpelt 13 for the Orioles (11-1 conference, 16-2 overall).

Ben Erickson led the Elks with 16 points. Ryan Ness was next with eight.

The Elks (1-11 conference, 4-14 overall) will play at Blaine on Friday evening.
