Basketball: Bluejackets nip Thunder boys 77-74

Cambridge-Isanti overcame a 10-point halftime deficit against Zimmerman and prevailed 77-74 over the Thunder at Cambridge on Tuesday evening.

Preston Bosacker notched 19 points and Mike Henderscheid 17 to lead the Bluejackets (2-4 conference, 6-6 overall).

Brandon Giese and Nate Christensen tallied 14 each for the Thunder (2-4 conference, 9-5 overall). Blake Ehley scored 12 and Caleb Lunning 10.

Zimmerman had 42-32 halftime lead.

The Thunder will play at Monticello on Tuesday evening.
