Basketball: Royal girls lose another OT game, to Bluejackets 58-55

The Rogers Royals are 0-for-4  in overtime games after losing to Cambridge-Isanti 58-55 there on Friday evening.

Whitney Olson tallied 22 points for Cambridge-Isanti (5-2 conference, 9-5 overall). Deandra Vavra added 11 and Darah Olson 10.

Regulation time ended 48-48.

Emily Reichert tallied 12 points, Maria Loughlin 10, and Shelby Beach, Jordyn Motter and Morgan Edstrom 9 each for Rogers. Courtney McClay added 6.

Rogers is 3-4 conference, 8-7 overall. The Royals have also lost to Annandale, Andover and Big Lake in overtime.

The Royals will host Princeton on Tuesday.
