Highpoint Church hosts open house

Highpoint Church in Rogers is having an open house Jan. 22–23 after major renovations to expand its sanctuary and children’s meeting spaces.

Renovations include converting two former truck storage bays into a sanctuary with a platform, carpeting, painted walls and new lighting and sound equipment. An adjacent suite was also converted to house children’s ministry activities.

The weekend starts with a men’s dinner, as speaker Randy McPhearson delivers “Life Lessons Learned From the Outdoors,” at Cabela’s Saturday night from 6 to 8 p.m. A sandwich buffet will be served in the upper-level conference room and will include salad, beverages and dessert.

The cost is $15 and those interested must register online at www.highpoint mn.com. A 75-cent fee will be charged.

Sunday, the open house begins at 10 a.m. with Connections, a time for social gathering around coffee and pastries.

Morning worship service begins at 10:30 a.m.

Highpoint Church is located at 12510 Fletcher Lane, Suite C, in Rogers.
