Recycling center gets CUP, plans to open in Hassan

Enviro-Chem of Rogers has been awarded a conditional use permit by the Hassan Town Board to open a recycling center at 11915 Brockton Lane N.

The 7,000-square-foot building will be used to collect and recycle non-ferrous scrap such as aluminum and copper and will be open to the public.

The business officially opened Dec. 1, 2010.
