Hockey: Royal girls lose to Sartell-Sauk Rapids 3-0

The Rogers Royals took most of the shots but got blanked by Sartell-Sauk Rapids  3-0 at home on Saturday.

Rogers (6-9-1) launched 35 shots but got none past Stornin’ Sabres’ goalie Erin Deters.

Brittany Becker had two goals and Lauren Lukasavitz one goal for the Stormin’ Sabres (9-4-1), who took 16 shots against Rogers goalie Michelle Klimstra.

Rogers will play at Princeton on Tuesday evening.
