Basketball: Rogers girls beat Thunder 50-13

Neither team scored for the first four minutes but after that it was all Rogers as the Royals defeated the Zimmerman Thunder 50-13 at home Friday evening.

Shelby Beach and Jordyn Motter sank 10 points each as the Royals improved to 2-1 in conference and 7-4 overall.

Zimmerman is 0-4 in conference and 1-12 overall.

Rogers now faces first-place Buffalo there  Tuesday night.
