Basketball: Elk boys lose to Blaine 68-54
Elk River lost its third straight game, 68-54 to the Blaine Bengals on Friday evening at home.
Romashko netted 23 points and Schumacher 20 for the Bengals (5-1 conference, 5-4 overall).
Ryan Ness tallied 15 points, and Ben Erickson and Clay Elrod notched 12 each, for the Elks.
The Elks (1-4 conference, 4-7 overall) will play at Andover on Tuesday.
