Zimmerman senior Zach Stepan reached the 100-win marker on Thursday evening as the Thunder wrestlers split in a triangular at Orono.

The Thunder (4-4) lost to Annandale 51-26, then whitewashed Orono 67-0.

Stepan, a two-time state qualifier who’s 13-0 this year, won a decision over a ranked Annandale wrestler for No. 99, then pinned his Orono opponent for No. 100.

He is the third Thunder wrestler in the 100-win club, following brothers Zac Nielsen (201) and Jeff Nielsen (144).

No other data was available at this posting.

The Thunder will wrestle at the Mora Invitational on Saturday.
